Trish Law
Trish, Peter Law's widow, was married to Peter for over 25 years and has five children and one grandchild. She has worked alongside Peter in Local and National politics for 25 years and was Mayoress of Blaenau Gwent in 1988-89. She ran a local business for 20 years and has worked in Community Care with the elderly.
The main themes of his campaign were:
I am fighting to maintain an Independent voice for Blaenau Gwent.
Re-open the Passenger Rail Link in Ebbw Vale and Abertillery.
We must invest in our care homes not close them.
