Mike Nattrass
Born 1945, Leeds. He went to various schools including Guthlaxton Grammar in Wigston and Coalville Grammar. On leaving school he studied to be a Chartered Surveyor working first for an agricultural practise and later the Inland Revenue. He then became Group Property Manager for the Quinton Hazel Group.
In 1980 he started “Nattrass Giles” in Birmingham consulting on Industrial and Commercial property and later in Nottingham. He left the practise in 2007 to concentrate all his time on politics..
He was Chairman of Coalville Young Conservatives in the 1960’s. Contested Dudley West by-election 1994 for the New Britain Party. Contested Solihull 1997 for the Referendum party. Joined UKIP in 1997 and was deputy leader of UKIP 2002-2006. Contested Sutton Coldfield 2001, and Stone 2005. In 2004 he was elected as an MEP for the West Midlands region.
