Herbert Crossman
Became an Independent in 1996. Contested Harrow West for the Referendum Party in 1997. Joined the Conservative party in 1998 but was not re-elected to the council. Resigned from the Conservative Party in 1999.
Most recently he contested the Marlborough ward by-election in Harrow, as an independent.
